Hakama

This beautiful high quality pleated style pant was historically worn by the Samurai to hide leg movements and give the illusion of floating. The Hakama is famous among traditional Japanese Martial arts such as Aikido, Kendo, Iai Jutsu, Biken Jutsu, Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu, Ninpo, Ju Justu, Hapkido and many other systems. Enhance any traditional kata or movements or competition for the tournament arena. Koshiato in back attach ties for a firm fit at waist. Students of modern kendo, aikido, iaido and some styles of jujutsu wear the hakama.

  • Easy care polyester/rayon blended fabric.

  • Available in Black and Blue
  • Skirt like pants. Do not hot wash.

  • Sizes: 2 through 6.
    Measured and sized by outseam length.
    All pants have approximately 19 inch front rise measurements.

  • Size 2: 31 inch outseam
